Around the holidays, our office has adjusted opening hours:

  • Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 December: our office is closed all day.
  • Monday 1 January: our office is closed all day.
  • Monday 8 January: available from 9:40 am. This is 45 minutes later than usual.

What if you have an emergency ? Then you can call the emergency number 024 – 359 49 69. You call this number in the event of fire, storm damage, system outages, gas and/or water leaks, or if you are locked out. This phone number is also mentioned in our app Ask Simon, with the information about your caretaker.
