The self-contained studios have an area of about 22m2. They have their own cooking and sanitary facilities and a balcony. With energy label A, they are comfortable and sustainable. The complex has joint facilities, such as a laundry/meeting area, a bicycle shed, mailboxes and a green outdoor space.

- The first studios are designated for students with travel time priority
The first two weeks, the draw will prefer students with travel time priority. From the third week (from 20 March onwards), this preference for students with travel time priority will be lifted (and all draw entries will have equal chances). - We only rent out to Radboud University students
As the complex is on the Radboud University campus, the studios are only available to Radboud University students. - We only rent out to students aged 20 or over

On Wednesday 6 March 2024, the rental of Nemea will start
From that date, 30 new studios will appear on our listings page every Wednesday for four weeks. The fifth week, there will be 29. So you will have several opportunities to respond to these studios and enter the draw. Did you win the draw for one of the studios? Then you will get your key in early May.
