What is a complaint?
In a complaint, you let it be known in writing that you are dissatisfied with something. The complaint may be about one of the following subjects:
- Attitude and behaviour of an SSH& employee
- Services offered by SSH&
- Services provided by a company with which SSH& cooperates
- Rental and service costs
- Housing allocation and rental
- Liveability
A complaint should not be about:
- nuisance from your housemates or neighbours. That’s what a nuisance report is for. You can use the form to
repo r t a nuisance. - Something to be repaired in your home. To do this, you need to submit a
repair request .
