Where is the complex?
The Eusebiusplein complex (back entrance to the property on Rijnkade) is a typical Arnhem townhouse from 1865.
In 2016, we converted the building into student housing. There are twelve rooms spread across 4 floors for senior students. Also first-year students can react on a room in this complex. You can walk to the city centre in less than five minutes. If you enjoy the liveliness and charm of an urban setting, then this might be just the place for you.
What kind of rooms are there?
Each room is unique and the dimensions vary from ± 10 m2 to 25 m2.
All rooms have a television, internet connection, and a sink.
On the ground floor, you share your kitchen with seven other students who live on the lower ground floor. You will also be sharing a shower and two toilets.
On the first floor, there is a kitchen shared by four students (tenants on the first and second floors). There is a shared shower and toilet here as well.
What kind of amenities are there?
Do you enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice? Take a seat in the community garden. You will be sharing this with the international students from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences. They live in the building on Rijnkade.
Is there a lift?
No, there is no lift.
I have a car. Can I park at this complex?
Street parking is available. You have to pay for parking. There is no bicycle or moped storage on site. Bicycles and mopeds can be kept in the bicycle racks on the street.
What will I pay for a room?
Are you curious about what you will be paying each month? Please view our housing selection. Rent subsidy (huurtoeslag) is not possible.
