Once we have approved your proof of study, we will draw up the rental agreement (digitally). You will receive an e-mail with information about signing your contract. This will also tell you how to log in to 'My SSH&- I rent' for the first time. You then sign your contract via My SSH&- I am a tenant.

Nijmegen, a real student city
Since the opening of Radboud University in 1923, Nijmegen may call itself a university town. With almost 19,000 students, about 1 in 10 inhabitants of Nijmegen is a student. During the day you can enjoy one of the many parks in the city, and in the evening Nijmegen comes alive with its many pubs and cafés. Every day of the week, scattered throughout the city, activities organized for students. As an example, wine café Pinot hosts a student leftover day every Wednesday.

Registering and responding
But how exactly do you find a room? Thanks to our draw system, you have a chance of finding a room every week. First of all, you must create a free profile on our website and need to have a valid proof of study. Every Wednesday at noon, the new housing offer appears on the website. When the new offers are listed on the website you can respond to one room each week. The room will then be drawn between the students that entered the ruffle. This system makes it fair for everyone to have a chance at their new ideal home.
