Once we have approved your proof of study, we will draw up the rental agreement (digitally). You will receive an e-mail with information about signing your contract. This will also tell you how to log in to 'My SSH&- I rent' for the first time. You then sign your contract via My SSH&- I am a tenant.

We divide our rooms on the basis of a draw. This means that you have the chance to win a room every week. All you need to do to be able to participate in a draw is sign up for free on our website and be in possession of a valid study certificate. Every Wednesday at 12:00, the new room offers are online. You can then respond to one individual room. Your housing career at SSH& starts with a room. Once you rent from us, you can also respond to other houses and flats.
